By accessing and using Tmpio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Tmpio provides temporary file sharing services. Files uploaded to the Service are stored for a maximum of 24 hours and are automatically deleted after this period.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Not use the Service for malicious purposes (malware, phishing, etc.)
• Not exceed the 500MB file size limit
• Not abuse the Service through automated uploads or excessive usage
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload files containing:

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Illegal content (child exploitation, terrorism materials, etc.)
• Copyrighted material without authorization
• Personal information of others without consent
• Content that violates others' rights or privacy

5. File Deletion

All files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We are not responsible for any data loss. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their files.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of uploaded files against unauthorized access
• Availability of files for the full 24-hour period
• That files will be virus-free or secure

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Loss of files or data
• Unauthorized access to your files
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party misuse of shared files

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also change these Terms of Service at our discretion.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
